All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that processing time is separate from transit time.
While we work to ensure timely delivery, Madrina Hair Co. cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all hair sales are final.
Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps maintain the integrity and quality of every Madrina piece.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Madrina Hair Co. is not responsible for errors made during order placement.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not entered processing or shipment.
Once processing begins, orders can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. All sales are final after processing.
